Social Media Manager & Content Creator

We’re looking for a new addition to join our team of goal-orientated and creatively driven experts to take the lead on graphic content creation and planning for our eclectic mix of clients.


  • Creates and maintains a social media marketing editorial calendar with targeted topics outlined for different dates, as well as plans for where and how that content will be shared

  • Develops and implements media schedule for various client accounts and tracks progress of assets 

  • Sets key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares/likes and measures a campaign’s performance against the KPIs

  • Researches social media trends, brainstorms brand strategy, and informs management of changes that are trending

  • Analyzes engagement data, identifies trends in customer interactions and plans digital campaigns to build community online

  • Writes/produces/outsources content production and sources graphics for client accounts

  • Communicates in a professional, but unique social media “voice” for each client; directly aligned with the clients’ thought leadership and content platform

  • Engaging on LinkedIn daily to engage with our clients’ target audiences by sharing content, finding ways to grow LinkedIn company followership and improve overall engagement with our clients’ LinkedIn company pages.

  • Staying ahead of the curve in leveraging LinkedIn as a professional social media network and as a content hub, such as leveraging LinkedIn Publishing Platform to understand influential content that is shared and the people who are sharing the. 

  • Acts as the main point of contact to see through content development

  • Source new opportunities to partner in blog and overall business development for the purpose of growing business and building influencer relationships

  • Assists with event planning and logistics 


  • Eligible to work in the United States

  • 2+ years of Social Media Marketing experience in a corporate marketing or agency marketing role

  • 2+ years of Social Media Marketing experience on all major social media platforms - LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Google+, and YouTube

  • Verifiable examples of social media marketing successes and wins

  • Excellent writing skills and impeccable attention to detail

  • Proficient in Canva Pro 

  • Proficient with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/Premiere or another comparable editing program
